項目簡介
衡水湖國際香料小鎮(zhèn)項目是用技術(shù)創(chuàng)新+產(chǎn)業(yè)驅(qū)動+旅游致富，以引智的香料植物搭臺，集聚全球高端人才來撬動香料產(chǎn)業(yè)，全域旅游帶動農(nóng)民致富，助力小鎮(zhèn)持續(xù)發(fā)展；技能培訓大課堂、大學生孵化平臺、教育醫(yī)療、康養(yǎng)、親子等配套優(yōu)化項目構(gòu)筑“一心二核、多圈多點、香料繞鎮(zhèn)”的格局。
建設(shè)內(nèi)容
1、香料科創(chuàng)中心；
2、現(xiàn)代風格內(nèi)資館群；
3、異域風情外資館群；
4、國際香料植物園區(qū)。
投資亮點
衡水歷史悠久，文化厚重，區(qū)位交通條件十分優(yōu)越。項目選址資源豐富，水系形成良好的景觀格局。森泰實業(yè)與中國熱帶香研所強強聯(lián)合，擁有多項自主品牌，如玫瑰、檸檬草等多種優(yōu)勢香料植物的培育和萃取技術(shù)，屢獲國內(nèi)外殊榮，河北省龍頭企業(yè)。
投資估算
本項目總投資120億元，擬引進資金120億元。
效益分析
1、旅游觀光收入約1.8億人民幣；
2、科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化收入約5億人民幣；
3、香料市場交易額約35億人民幣；
為地方年貢獻利稅約20億人民幣，帶動周邊農(nóng)戶年均致富約二十萬元人民幣，解決周邊勞動力就業(yè)約2萬人。
項目進展
1、2018年元月已與桃城區(qū)政府簽訂《衡水湖國際香料小鎮(zhèn)合作協(xié)議》；
2、2018年5月30日共流轉(zhuǎn)土地2644畝；
3、園區(qū)總體規(guī)劃方案已得到政府審定批準，項目已申報立項；
4、道路工程已開工建設(shè)；
5、景觀水系設(shè)計方條已元成，進入施工準備階段；
6、香料種植園已完成花卉類栽種652畝，設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)已完成前期整理450畝。

Project Profile
Based on technology innovation , industry driven, and tourism, the Hengshui Lake International Spice Town aims to build a spice plant platform to gather the world's high-end talents to develop the spice industry, and to promote the living conditions of peasants and the sustainable development of the town. Training centers, undergraduates incubation platforms, education and medical care, recreation, parent-child and other optimization projects will build a new pattern of "one heart and two cores, multi-circles and mult卜points, various spices".

Investment Highlights
Hengshui has a profound history, rich culture and excellent traffic conditions. There are plentiful resources with a landscape pattern formed by various water systems. Sentai Industrial Co., working with China Tropical Fragrance Research Institute, has a number of independent brands, including the cultivation and extraction technology of spices plants such as roses, lemongrass, and has won numerous domestic and international awards, making it a leading enterprise in Hebei Province.
Investment Estimation
The total investment of the project is estimated at 1.2 billion yuan, and it plans to introduce 1.2 billion yuan;
Benefit Analysis
1.Tourism revenue is expected to be about 180 million yuan.
2.The income from scientific research achievements is expected to be about 500 million yuan.
3.The fragrance market transaction volume is expected to be about 3.5 billion yuan.
The project will bring about 2 billon yuan to the local profit and tax, increase the income of the surrounding farmers by about 200,000 yuan per year, and achieve the employment of about 20,000 people.
Project Progress
1.In January 2018, the “Hengshui Lake International Spice Town Cooperation Agreement” was signed between the company and the Government of Taocheng District;
2.On May 30, 2002, a total of 2,644 mu of land was transferred;
3.The overall planning scheme of the park has been approved by the government, and the project has been submitted for project approval;
4.Road works have started construction;
5.With the completion of the design plan, the landscape water system has entered the preparatory stage;
6.The spice plantation has completed 652 mu of flower planting, and 450 mu of facility agriculture has been completed in the early stage.
